Stained on outside, clear coat on natural inside. Red steel roof. Has nice big overhang over front door. Makes an awesome weekend retreat! Easily moved on roll-back. Front section of unit is 12×12 and the rear section (kitchenette/bath) is 8×10, compact but nice and very usable.
It has 3/4 inch teak floor in kitchen with a custom made worm-eaten ash counter top for the sink. Shower, Commode, and also has a solar panel with working solar powered LED lights and plug-in for TV/Stereo. Makes for a nice combination that is fun for the weekends.
The whole package would be 7500. I will sell just the front 12×12 cabin unit without the kitchen/bath unit for 3900. A whole lot less than a trailer camper and much nicer!
Front deck is not included as I am selling this one to build a larger one on site and will use the deck.
