The only thing that has been done is a previous owner removed the original orange carpeting and attempted to replace it with self-stick tiles, but they will need to be replaced. The lights, refrigerator, air conditioner and stove all work.
$4000 firm. I hate to sell this, but I have come to the conclusion that I have too many projects and not enough time.
