1947 Higgins Aluminum Vintage Camp Trailer

This is a 1947 Higgins Vintage Camp Tent trailer, very rare to see one of these still around. This is made of all aluminum, makes it light weight, and a lot of room inside you would be very surprised when you look inside, I took the tent out today, and put it up and showed my wife inside and she was very surprised. This trailer is actually something that you can use easily at vintage trailer rallys, hunting, or just park it in the yard and let the kids play in it. I was going to keep this one around, have had it a while, but have not done anything yet. Was going to repaint it turquise, with white graphics, big white wall tires, and paint the wheels turquise, and find chrome caps, they look really cute all dolled up. Anyways, it is rare that it has the Canvas Tent, and Awaning still intact. The top is very useable, all the seems are in good shape. There are some repairs and patches. It needs a few more patches, which are easy to do. I do not have it all tied down in the pictures, it will need some new snaps etc. Has rollup window shades as well, and screen door. Overall a rare little trailer for vintage collectors who have to have odd ball trailers. I want $790 for it. I also have a 1948 Aljoa 12″ Canned ham, 1966 Aladdin, SOLD -1967 Aloha Canned Ham (restored), 1969 Shasta 14′ Wings etc, 1958 Airstream Traveler 18′ in the process of being restored. The Higgins It needs new tires, or at least new inner tubes. This trailer only weighs around 350-400lbs.
