I had this house built in 2009 and lived in it until this last spring. My life situation has changed and so I'd like to pass it on to someone who would appreciate it like I did. It is on a car trailer, 8′ x 18′ (inside dimensions), so it is completely mobile. It is powered by solar with an inverter for 110 usage but you can also bring electricity in ( as I did in the less sunny months). It is also set up for plumbing ( I was hooked to a well). I used a compost toilet so the grey water was truly grey, just from showering and dishes, and where I lived, I let it soak into the ground but it is also septic ready if you should so desire. Heat is with a propane heater ( you don't need hardly any!) and hot water is with an instant propane hot water heater. There is a loft for sleeping and a lot of windows! All the better to enjoy your surroundings. This is not like any cabin you have seen. It is compact but complete. Great as a retreat house. I lived in it with my partner and it worked for us at the time.

You can look at the builder's website: www.yesweecabins.com for more extensive pictures. But I own it and wish to be the person you contact. It is located in Williamstown and I live an hour away, so I am interested in serious inquiries only.
