10×12 cottage with spiral staircase leading up to a loft which is 8×10. Windows all around, well insulated and very peaceful. You'll have a private entrance and share a house with two other girls (26 and 32). There are two apple trees in the back for harvesting and plenty of veggie beds. We're easy to live with, nothing strict but consideration in commons spaces is expected (pick up after yourself, etc.) One drawback is that you have to walk inside the house to use the bathroom and kitchen but you just have to get used to it. It's not a complete house – it's a room .. detached. offering nice privacy.
This really is a wonderful place to live….prefer female.
