Custom built as a BIG playhouse for our daughters on a horse trailer frame – Sided, Shingled, Front porch ready to go 
Has a Window in the back that opens for air flow – Also has heavy duty electric cord running it in for easy hook up to power supply. Inside has a loft that I was not able to picture, can email more pictures – can sleep two adults on the loft – and we've have 3-4 kids sleep up there – in the picture you can see the ladder to get to the loft, it has a handy storage system just pull on a rope and secure and the ladder will be up out of your way (made so kids can do it on their own, very easy) the loft extends out over the porch. It also currently has a countertop area and carpet — Door w/side lights was installed with screws so it could come out easy to say put a 4 wheeler in their for travel etc.
Playhouse is 8ft by 12ft — porch is about 4ft by 8ft
